Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for the service; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security logs; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where required for non-essential cookies.

Retention & location

Data is retained for the pilot period and deleted on request. Infrastructure is EU-oriented; residency details are confirmed per deployment contract.
