Service
ASKQA Aurora provides climate compliance tooling (CSRD, CBAM, VSME modules). The platform is offered as a pilot/beta unless a separate enterprise agreement applies.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, reverse engineering of security controls, or uploading malware. Compliance outputs are decision-support — not legal advice.
IP & data
We retain rights in the software. You retain rights in data you upload. You grant us a licence to process uploaded data solely to provide the service.
Limitation
Service is provided as-is during pilot. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable EU law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
